(Al-Hajj) 22 : 61
ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ يُولِجُ اللَّيْلَ فِي النَّهَارِ وَيُولِجُ النَّهَارَ فِي اللَّيْلِ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ بَصِيرٌ
That is, Lord Allah causes the night to enter the day and causes the day to enter the night; and indeed Allah is the All-Hearing, All-Seeing.
Adhikr is the Speech of the Three-Time-Knower Lord and the constitution of the universe. So whoever didn’t judge in his individual, family, and social life with Adhikr, they are the disbelievers, wrongdoers, and transgressors as explained respectively in verses 5: 44, 45, and 47.
